​Introducing the SQAd

Happy Pride!  To kick off the month of June, we’ve officially launched a new employee resource group, the Shubert Queer Alliance or “SQAd,” with a Happy Hour event at The Dickens on Thursday, June 6.  It was a great time to socialize with folks from all parts of the company, and brainstorm goals and future ERG events. Check out the pictures below. 
 
The SQAd is intended to be a safe space for LGBTQIAP+ employees and allies that supports and promotes the ability to be authentic in the workplace. 
 
My co-lead Dustin Conlon and I are excited for this opportunity to bring Shubert’s queer community together and help provide resources for personal and professional growth.
