Please help us welcome the following staff to Shubert Organization and congratulate our colleagues on their new positions.
 On January 11, the H.O.M.E. (Honest, Open, Meaningful, Engagement) ERG held its first event. The workshop called Setting Healthy Boundaries and Advocating for Yourself” featured Anya Lukianov, a licensed psychotherapist specializing in Somatic Therapy. Anya talked to us about how much our nervous system comes into play with decision making, and demonstrated few helpful techniques that can help us as we navigate through day-to- day office life. We were truly grateful to have her join us for our inaugural event, and everyone felt the workshop was really engaging.

For more information or to join our monthly meeting, reach out [email protected]  Shubert’s Education and Training subcommittee is calling for interest in its Shubert Organization Internship Program, Summer of 2023.
As part of the Organization’s overall commitment to help achieve greater diversity, equity and inclusion in the Broadway industry, the Internship is aimed at BIPOC students who are interested in careers in non-performance areas of theatre. The Program intends to provide a general knowledge base of theatre administration and operation via hands-on projects and interactive learning opportunities within the Organization. Here are the Program deadlines: Application period: Monday February 6 – Friday March 17, 2023 Interview/Selection: Monday April 24 – Friday May 5, 2023 Notification: Monday May 8 – Friday May 12, 2023 Internship Dates: Monday July 10 – Friday August 18, 2023 After a very successful first Program last summer, we’re hoping to expand the number of available internships. If your department is interested in hosting an Intern in the Summer of 2023, please email Tammie Ward [email protected], or Cassandra James [email protected] by Monday, January 30, 2023, and we’ll share with you the logistics, goals, requirements and timeline of the Program, including how your department can request participation.
