Anya is a licensed psychotherapist and clinical social worker, specializing in Somatic Experience, and has been practicing for 8 years. Anya also utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive therapy (MBCT), Mentalization Based Therapy (MBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) and Attachment-focused therapies.
